Your Journey Starts Within
We spend so much time looking outward. The next job, the next milestone, the next thing that will finally make us feel settled. But the external world keeps moving, and the goalposts keep shifting, and eventually we realise: the "there" we're chasing doesn't actually exist.
The journey that matters
Real transformation doesn't come from changing your circumstances. It comes from changing your relationship with yourself.
- Who are you when nobody is watching?
- What do you actually want — not what you're supposed to want?
- What story are you telling yourself, and is it still true?
Why inner work is the hardest work
It's easier to take a course, read another book, change careers, move cities. Those things feel like action. Inner work feels like… sitting with yourself. Being honest. Noticing the parts you'd rather not see.
But it's the only work that compounds. Everything else you do from this point forward is shaped by whether you did it.
Start small
You don't need a retreat. You don't need a coach (yet). You need fifteen minutes and a willingness to be honest.
