Finding Clarity in Uncertain Times
Life throws us curveballs. A sudden job change, a relationship shift, a quiet realisation that the path you're on no longer feels like yours. In these moments, the instinct is to act — to fix it, to decide, to push through.
But clarity rarely comes from hustle.
Start with stillness
Before you can decide which direction to take, you have to hear yourself think. That sounds simple, but in a world of constant input — messages, meetings, notifications, other people's opinions — stillness takes intention.
Block fifteen minutes. No phone. Just you and your thoughts, maybe a notebook.
Ask better questions
Most of us default to "what should I do?" That's the wrong starting point. Try these instead:
- What feels most true, right now?
- What am I afraid of?
- Whose voice is this — is it mine, or someone else's?
- If I trusted myself completely, what would I do?
Clarity is a practice, not a moment
You won't solve everything in one sitting. Clarity reveals itself in layers. Keep showing up for yourself. Keep asking the questions. Keep listening.
